General Terms:

★ I have the right to reject any commission I deem beyond my capabilities / if the deadline is too rushed★ All commissioned artworks' progress (except private artworks) will be posted on my socials & portfolio, including the end result. Please let me know if you require me to delay posting it online, or to keep your name as commissioner anonymous. Private artworks (won't be posted online from artist's side) will require +100% fees. (read details)★ All my artworks will be watermarked, but a clean copy of the illustration will be given to the clients (with hidden watermark)★ Removing my watermarks, processing my artworks through AI, claiming my artwork as yours, reselling my artwork without my permission, and using my artwork for NFTs are completely forbidden. Doing such will lead to public blacklisting.★ Please be polite when communicating with me. I have the right to cancel a commission and refund you if I find you difficult to work with / extremely rude.★ Please don't ask me to copy other artists' artstyle. By commissioning me, I assume you are already aware of my usual artstyle

Clients' Rights & Commercial Rights

★ Clients can post & personally use the commissioned artworks on their socials as long as my socials are credited (including for private artworks)★ Clients who are streamers, artists / content creators can freely use my artwork in streams, video contents and socials profiles as long as proper credit is given and no alteration is done to my artwork without permission / prior notice.★ Clients may contact me after the commission for simple alterations (cropping, saturation changes, filters, no watermarks ver)★ Clients can freely contact me during the illustration process for any additions, changes or fixes as long as I have not start the rendering process★ Clients are not allowed to sell physical prints of my artwork without paying for the commercial rights (100% of full price)★ Commercial rights is needed only for selling physical prints of my artwork, for using my artwork in merch, sellable items, physical banners or to use the artwork as an event illustration (both online & physical)

Process, Communication & Deadlines

★ Clients can commission me through VGen or DMs only (BlueSky & Discord). Please note that I will never reach out first !★ Please provide me references of your character / idea for smooth process.★ I will only begin the commission after receiving at least 50% of the full payment after showing you the sketch★ Please let me know early on if you prefer constant communication or a skeb-like (no communication just end results and fixes) commission ! I will do my best to work around your comfort zone 𑣲₍ ᐢ. .ᐢ₎★ I will constantly contact you at least once every week to cross-check my work with you, so please be cooperative with me. Please also do not demand me for frequent changes / fixes that were not communicated properly with me★ If clients do not reply to me, I will proceed with the illustration as usual and submit it before the deadline (no refunds will be given). I also have the right to extend the deadline if the delays are caused by clients' lack of communication★ I will ensure to communicate with the clients regarding any delays or any need to push the deadline. Please be understanding with me 𐔌՞. .՞𐦯★ I usually take 1-2 weeks to complete an artwork depending on its complexity (will take up to 1 month for bigger illustrations). Please understand my comfortable work duration

Payment

★ Payment will only be accepted through Paypal & VGen ૮ . . ྀིა★ Clients are allowed to pay 50/50 or full payment after the draft sketch is shown. Commission will immediately start right after★ Clients are allowed to cancel and ask for refund only up to 1 week after a draft sketch is given and chosen by the client. Afterwards, cancellation and asking for refund is not allowed anymore and I will still continue the artwork until completion★ Chargebacks are completely prohibited ! Doing so without prior communication will lead to you getting blacklisted and I will publicize your actions with proof to warn other artist★ Please only commission me if you have the funds to commission me ready 𐔌՞. .՞𐦯
